Teen Wolf season 5 is in production right now, with the first few scripts already finished and filming having started earlier this year. While not much is known at this moment, we expect information to pop up with increasing frequency as we get closer to the end of June.

The few details we are aware of promise to shake things up quite a bit. For example, we know Coach (Orny Adams) won’t be returning for season 5, as well as the fact that Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) will no longer be a series regular.

As the convention season really starts to kick into high gear, we’re sure we’ll be learning more about this year’s season as well. At Paleyfest earlier this week, Hypable was in attendance, and we shared the highlights from the panel, which included much of the cast, in addition to former member Crystal Reed. We even got to ask the actors in attendance to divulge anything they could about season 5 and the arcs we can expect from their characters.

At Days of the Wolf in L.A., we also got to talk about Arden Cho, who teased the return of the Yukimuras.

Lastly, we also have news of some fresh faces for the upcoming season. First, we’ll be seeing Cody Christian as Theo, a lone wolf making his way to Beacon Hills. We’ll also meet Corey, a recurring character, and his boyfriend Lucas, the latter being a shy guy who turns aggressive at a local club. Could something supernatural be at work here?

Probably. This is Teen Wolf after all.

Will you be counting down the days to the ‘Teen Wolf’ season 5 premiere?
