‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’
Mack: “[Hunter] loves you, and he probably will always love you. But I still think he might be capable of killing you.”
Hopeful about her future with Hunter, Bobbi pitched Mack the idea of including the mercenary in their mysterious counter-allegiance. Mack, on the other hand, made it perfectly clear how potent a threat he considers Hunter to be, cautioning Bobbi that her semi-ex would make an incredibly dangerous enemy.
All of which made the end of the episode even more interesting, when Hunter confronted Mack with his suspicions, and Mack promptly throttled him into unconsciousness. Next week is going to be fun!
‘Broadchurch’
Jocelyn: “Lies get exposed in court.”
Beth: “You’re fine there; none of us have got anything left to hide.”
Jocelyn tires to warn the Lattimer family about how ugly a trial can get. Beth is unfortunately under the sad delusion that no members of her family have anything left to lose, and that all of their little dirty secrets have been exposed. You just know that someone is going to find out about Mark’s meetings with Ellie’s son, and turn it around in the worst way possible.
‘Once Upon A Time’
Regina: “Those two may be tactless morons, but they couldn’t magic their way out of a paper bag.”
Everyone is on edge in Storybrooke following the arrival of Cruella and Ursula. The real threat they pose is running their mouths and revealing secrets from everyone’s past. Luckily, as Regina points out, the one good point is that their magic is not to be feared.
