Former coach Christina Aguilera will return to her old stomping grounds to perform as part of The Voice‘s season 4 finale. Pitbull will be joining her for the performance, with Nelly and Florida Georgia Line, and Bruno Mars taking the stage as well.
People reports that The Voice coach will return to perform “Feel This Moment” with Pitbull for next Wednesday’s two-hour finale. A frequent performer during her time as coach in previous seasons, this will be Aguilera’s first time performing in season 4. This will serve as a preview, as Aguilera will be returning to the big red spinning coach’s chair in the fall, alongside fellow former coach Cee Lo Green. Cee Lo previously appeared this season as a mentor, but this will be Aguilera’s first appearance this season.
The Wrap added a few more names to the line-up with Nelly, Florida Georgia Line, and Bruno Mars. This would have been Mars’ first public appearance since the recent sudden passing of his mother, but fortunately for him, his performance of his new single “Treasure,” off of the album Unorthodox Jukebox, was pre-taped a month ago, before his mother’s passing.
The unlikely pairing of Nelly and Florida Georgia Line will perform their single “Cruise.” The country duo, made up of Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, will be joined by Nelly for the remixed version of their summer anthem. The remix has become a huge crossover hit, reaching number five on the Billboard Hot 100.
It was recently announced that Cher would be performing her new single “Woman’s World” for the finale, in what will be her first live televised performance in over 10 years. Now that both Burlesque costars will be performing on the same stage, maybe they will make an appearance together?
