The Expendables actor Dolph Lundgren is joining Jason Momoa in Aquaman as a sinister antagonist to our hero.
Lundgren in known the world ’round for roles in The Expendables, Universal Soldier, Rocky IV, and 1989’s The Punisher. He also recently had a run on The CW’s Arrow.
Now, the actor is joining the DC property Aquaman. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he’ll be portraying “King Nereus of the aquatic kingdom of Xebel, who claims Mera as his own and wants to kill Aquaman.”
The last casting news we got for Aquaman was that Patrick Wilson would be playing our hero’s half-brother, Orm.
