Zach McGowan’s Roan is returning to The 100 season 4 as a regular. Fan favorite Grounders Indra and Luna are also returning.
At San Diego Comic-Con 2016, we got a lot of news about The 100 season 4, which debuts mid-season on The CW.
Perhaps the biggest piece of news is that Ice Nation King Roan is not only alive, but returning in season 4 as a regular character!
This opens up a whole load of questions: Will he be the new Commander of the Grounders? Or is a new Nightblood coming in to take the throne?

Since the Grounders have scouts out searching for new Nightbloods, we can imagine that Roan will be holding down the fort until they find someone. After that, perhaps he’ll team up with Clarke and co. as they look for a way to save the world.
We also learned that Indra (Adina Porter) is alive, and returning for a set number of episodes. And Luna (Nadia Hilker) will return in some capacity; Jason Rothenberg wouldn’t reveal how of why, as that would be a spoiler.
We’ll have much more coverage coming from The 100 panel and press room. For now, let’s give Zach McGowan the big old The 100 fandom welcome! It’s scary and wonderful and messy and amazing, you’re gonna love it.
Excited to finally be able to tell everyone that I am back on #the100 for season 4, and as a regular. https://t.co/HYGa3WX1rW
