Casting is heating up on Warner Bros’ Wonka starring Timothée Chalamet.
According to Variety, BAFTA winner Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean), Academy Award winner Olivia Colman (The Crown), and Academy Award nominee Sally Hawkins (The Shape of Water) are the latest to join the cast of Warner Bros’ Wonka.
The forthcoming feature film is set to explore the origin story of the titular candy man, picking up with Willy Wonka long before he opens his doors to the fantastical confectionary workshop we’re introduced to in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
