The Voice said goodbye to two more contestants as America voted for the four artists to make it through to the semi-finals in Tuesday’s results show.
Adam Levine’s team was eliminated from the competition as Melanie Martinez and Amanda Brown went home on a results show that saw Carson Daly giving awkward hugs and performances by Ne-Yo and Matchbox Twenty.

Ne-Yo kicked off the show with “Let Me Love You” and shared the stage with Amanda Brown while Matchbox Twenty performed their new single “Overjoyed” with Nicholas and Trevin.
In group performances this week, Trevin and Terry performed a duet of One Republic’s “Feel Again,” Amanda and Cassadee took on Kelly Clarkson’s “Breakaway” and Melanie and Nicholas put their spin on Fiona Apple’s “Criminal.”
