The Originals season 3, episode 9 promises Christmas, Mikaelsons, and, oh yeah, Rebekah’s gone insane. Sigh. It looks like they do get to open presents though!
If you’ve seen a preview for tonight’s episode of The Originals you probably have some decent expectations of what’s in store. Elijah finds and awakens Rebekah just in time for Christmas, and oh what a day it will be. There are Christmas trees, presents, everyone dressed in their best to celebrate the holidays, and then you see that something will cast a pall over the whole enchilada: Rebekah is cursed.
In addition to the whole ‘keeping an eye on Rebekah’ thing, Strix will be up to no good, Detective Kinney returns to our screens, and Marcel and Vincent have a little tiff. Ah, the holidays. The perfect time for dysfunctional families to prove their dysfunction. (And that’s usually without the immortality.)
Check out the synopsis, stills, and sneak peek for tonight’s episode and prepare yourself for The Originals season 3 mid-season finale.
