The 200th episode of Supernatural aired last night and featured several original songs. Those songs are now available for download.
Three of the songs are available for purchase on iTunes while the fourth is a free download.
The songs available are:
“The Road So Far” with vocals performed by Alyssa Lynch and music performed by Jay Gruska and Tim Pierce. This song runs for 2:04 and was the opening number of Supernatural: The Musical, introducing the background information of Carver Edlund’s books — and Sam and Dean’s lives.
“A Single Man Tear” with vocals performed by Alyssa Lynch and Katie Sarife and music performed by Christopher Lennertz and Cameron Stone. This song runs for 2:05 and was the song Marie, as Sam, sang during the fight with the scarecrow.
“Carry On Wayward Son” with vocals performed by Vivien Armour, Alyssa Lynch, Kelli Ogmundson, Katie Sarife, Rachel Warkentin, and Nina Winkler. The music is performed by Jay Gruska. This song runs for 1:49 and was the cover of the iconic Kansas song that plays during every season finale. After Calliope’s defeat, the brothers watch this performance and are visibly affected.
And the free track is “I’ll Just Wait Here Then” with vocals performed by Nina Winkler and music performed by Jay Gruska and Tim Pierce. This was the short number performed by Castiel under the street light.
The iTunes album with the first three songs currently costs $3.99 and includes a digital booklet.
