It’s less than 24 hours until ‘The Reichenbach Fall’ airs, and speculation about what will happen is really heating up. Now, British tabloid The Sun has interviewed a BBC source who makes some big claims. Spoilers are afoot!
It is worth mentioning that the newspaper doesn’t necessarily have a reputation for reporting the truth, and so this news should be taken with a mountain of salt. However, feel free to use your supreme intellect and deduction techniques to decide whether or not you think the news is legitimate.
According to the newspaper, the sinister Jim Moriarty is poised to kill off the beloved Sleuth in 2×03, which airs tomorrow! The Sun reports:
But despite Sherlock having its highest ever ratings of 8.4 million last week, a BBC source claimed the fate of Sherlock remains uncertain.
The source said: “Steve Moffat is not afraid of controversy. Nobody would put it past him to kill off Sherlock as it would be a dramatic twist.”
