The game is afoot in the first full length trailer for Enola Holmes— check it out below!
Coming up next, Netflix is gearing up to take viewers on an adventurous journey with Enola Holmes— a film that finds Sherlock’s kid sister putting her super sleuthing skills to the test when her mother suddenly goes missing.
The newest footage to come out of the Netflix Original offers up our most comprehensive look at the movie yet.
As the trailer kicks off, we find ourselves formally introduced to Enola (Millie Bobby Brown), who is quite content living life side by side with her mother (Helena Bonham Carter). Unfortunately, Enola’s life gets derailed when she wakes up one morning only to find that her mother has gone missing.
From there, she’s quick to jump into action, enlisting the help of her brothers Mycroft and the famous Sherlock Holmes.
Though Enola is hellbent on searching for her mother, it’s clear that her brothers have different opinions on what she should be focusing her efforts on.
On one hand, there’s Mycroft, who seems as though he’s decided to make it his mission to turn her into a proper lady of society. Other the other, there’s Sherlock, who’s quick to catch on to the fact that Enola’s whip smart and far more intelligent than perhaps Mycroft even realizes.
It’s not long before Enola gives both of her older brothers the slip, embarking on a quest to seek out her missing mother— all while making some new friends along the way.
