The countdown for Cobra Kai season 4 is officially on, and Netflix has finally revealed when we can expect new episodes of the series to drop.
Cobra Kai fans who just can’t wait to sink their teeth into season 4 won’t have to wait much longer to do so.
On Thursday (August 4) Netflix announced that season 4 would officially be debuting this December 2021.
The streamer paired the exciting announcement with an all new teaser for the highly anticipated season, which also dropped on Thursday morning.
The new teaser kicks off promoting the forthcoming All Valley Karate Tournament, before offering fans their first glimpse of all of their favorites back in action for the fourth season.

News of a December release for Cobra Kai season 4 comes on the heels of word that the Karate Kid sequel series scoring a surprise nod in the Best Comedy category at the 2021 Emmys.
Original Karate Kid franchise stars Ralph Macchio and William Zabka are back to reprise their roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, both of whom are spearheading their respective dojos and going head to head with Johnny’s old sensei, John Kreese (Martin Kove).
Also set to return to the franchise in season 4 is fellow Karate Kid vet Thomas Ian Griffith, who will reprise his role as Kreese’s old pal, Terry Silver. In addition, today’s first look glimpse of the newest season teases the continued return of actress Elisabeth Shue. Shue, who played Ali Mills (the girl both Johnny and Daniel were in love with as teens) made her first appearance on the series at the tail end of season 3.
Cobra Kai season 4 debuts via Netflix in December 2021.
