A frumpy senior citizen named Archie is looking for his missing son in the Spanish Canary Islands when he discovers there’s a magical cure for his sickly granddaughter. He jumps through a portal to the magical land of Jarr-Wya, unknowingly bringing his granddaughter and her mother along for the ride.
Once on Jarr-Wya, the group learns about a wicked Star that rests just below the surface of the sea and a war being waged for dominion over the land. When Archie’s granddaughter gets captures, it’s a race against time to rescue her and find her cure, all while trying to survive the treacherous land they have stumbled upon.
