Teen Wolf‘s JR Bourne will appear on Arrow season 4 as a metahuman.
Bourne will play Jeremy Tell, also known as Double Down. His metahuman powers allow him to turn his playing card tattoos into weapons. He will appear in Arrow season 4, episode 3.
In the DC comics, Jeremy Tell is a conman and gambler; after a cursed deck of cards bonded to him, he assumed the name Double Down. The cards literally bonded to him, searing his skin off and replacing it after he murdered their owner. On his command, the cards can separate from his body and wreak havoc.
He was first introduced in The Flash comics and belongs to the Rogues, so we have to wonder if he’ll eventually appear on The Flash as well.
Besides Teen Wolf, Bourne’s numerous other credits include UnREAL, Revenge and The Secret Circle.

Bourne joins a growing cast for Arrow season 4, which includes Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk, Echo Kellum as Mister Terrific, Alexander Calvert as Anarky, Jimmy Akingbola as Baron Blitzkrieg and Jeri Ryan as Jessica Danforth.
Arrow season 4 is being billed as more “Green Arrow-y,” meaning lighter in tone than previous seasons. However, “the show isn’t going to suddenly to become a comedy,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg says. “When the season starts, [Oliver’s] in much a better place. He’s happy. He’s in love. That feeling infuses all the characters. There’s a little bit more fun [and] more humor.”
Arrow season 4 premieres Wednesday, October 7 at 8:00 p.m. ET on The CW.
