In the second of two flashback centric episodes, Robin steps aside as Cruella takes her turn in the spotlight on tonight’s Once Upon a Time season 4, episode 19.
“If she doesn’t scare you, no evil thing will,” goes the song that introduced the cartoon villain into your home for the first time.
