Seattle Grace is facing bankruptcy after losing a lawsuit from the plane crash victims in the amount of $75 million. Dr. Alana Cahill (played by Constance Zimmer) who is a physician’s adviser comes in to help the hospital keep its doors open. However, the changes she makes leaves the doctors with sour faces.
