Back to back marathons of AMC’s two most popular shows Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead will run on the network in the week between Christmas and New Years.
Your marathoning session begins Friday, December 27 at 12 p.m. eastern/pacific with Breaking Bad. The entire series will run through Monday, December 30. On New Year’s Eve, The Walking Dead marathon begins at 9 a.m. eastern/pacific and runs until 5 a.m. eastern/pacific on January 2, 2014.
The two marathons are perfect for those who are off from work or school during the holiday week and looking to experience two of television’s best dramas.
AMC held a Breaking Bad marathon in late August leading up to the series finale episode. Hypable tuned in for a lot of it and enjoyed going back in time to some of the series’ best moments. These two marathons will surely give us that same feeling and remind us why 2013 was such a great year for television.
The channel bills these two events as “the only destination for cable subscribers to watch every Breaking Bad episode for free.”
Will you tune in for either of the marathons?
The Walking Dead just wrapped the first half of its fourth season on Sunday with an explosive midseason finale featuring the death of one beloved character and a despised one. Check out our recap.
