It was revealed this morning that a sequel to The Woman in Black is moving forward, but you likely won’t see Dan Radcliffe in it.
The story will be based upon The Woman In Black: Angels Of Death with author Susan Hill working on the project with the filmmakers. Reports Deadline:
The story will continue the tale of the character [the Woman in Black] created by Hill, 40 years later. Jon Croker, who worked as a story editor on the first film, has been tapped to pen the next installment which is being developed by Hammer and Talisman Productions and produced by Hammer parent company Exclusive Media, Talisman, Cross Creek and Alliance.
The Woman in Black with Dan Radcliffe had the best opening for a British film in 20 years. This film appears to be without the Potter actor, so our guess is it won’t do as well in theaters.
