Although much of their sophomore year as a group has been affected by the current pandemic that has taken over the world, TXT hasn’t let that slow them down. Their new EP minisode 1: Blue Hour, which was released earlier today, marks their second Korean album of the year and their fourth of the year overall when you count their Japanese albums.
According to a press release, “the EP tells the story of teenagers who navigate through unfamiliarity within their daily lives as their friendships and the world have undergone great change due to the COVID-19 pandemic.” The album features two songs that the group contributed lyrics to themselves, “Ghosting” and “Wishlist.”
While their lead single “Blue Hour” gives off an energetic and fun vibe, with a disco sound that was produced by Big Hit Entertainment’s producer Slow Rabbit and CEO/producer Bang Si-Hyuk.
Their EP minisode 1: Blue Hour is available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Tidal, and Deezer!
