The Walking Dead star Laurie Holden has revealed that The Governor will be dealing with dissent in the Woodbury ranks, which may be good news for Rick’s group.

The Walking Dead is entering its climactic ending of season 3 as the series enters the final 3 episodes beginning Sunday evening. The tale of season 3 has been the tense war between The Governor and Rick, and so far The Governor has been the man on top.

‘The problem is, in deserting The Governor, does chaos ensue?’

Rick has been dealt the worse hand this season, with family and friends being killed off, leaving him with weakened numbers. The Governor has also received one attack thus far, which ultimately failed in the capture and killing of Daryl and Merle Dixon.

Woodbury has been rocked by Rick, but nothing substantial enough to bring the walls tumbling. Until now.

Laurie Holden, who plays the determined Andrea, has revealed to TV Guide that The Governor’s luck is about to change. Holden said, “The problem is, in deserting The Governor, does chaos ensue?”

Holden continues, “That’s the one thing Andrea wants to avoid, because if these people leave Woodbury and they don’t have ammunition and supplies, their chances of survival are very slim.”

Andrea is caught in the middle having been apart of Rick’s group before being separated after the overrun of Zombies at the Greene’s farm in the second season finale. Andrea is now firmly part of Woodbury, but where do her loyalties lie?

Holden said, “It’s a very tumultuous time and we all have to make very carefully thought-out decisions.”

There have been rumours that The Walking Dead will lose two major characters by the end of season 3. Could Andrea be one of them?
