With only two episodes remaining in The Walking Dead season 5, the pressure that’s bottling up at Alexandria is desperate to be released.

Compared to places like Terminus and Woodbury, Alexandria is a very good place for Rick and company. There are beautiful homes, pretty women, and delicious cookies. Unfortunately, the group isn’t looking at the bigger picture right now and is more focused on fighting small battles that are only going to cause large issues.

Things are looking quite dark – figuratively and literally – in a preview for The Walking Dead season 5, episode 15, titled “Try”. Battle lines appear to be drawn between Rick and Deanna in light of last week’s deaths (including the passing of the latter’s son), and Rick appears to be adamant about not letting Alexandria take control of his group.

Elsewhere on tonight’s new episode, Carl will be spending a little time with the young Alexandria girl named Enid. Young Grimes appears to be intrigued by her mysterious ways – why is she sneaking out of Alexandria? What demons haunt her past? Earlier this week we speculated that she may be the television version of Sophia, who lives through Alexandria and is girlfriend to Carl.

Although previews don’t hint at an appearance from Father Gabriel, we hope that Maggie – who overheard the pastor’s horrible message to Deanna in episode 14 – will relay what he had to say to Rick. It feels like it’s Gabriel’s time to die, doesn’t it?

The Walking Dead season 5, episode 15 airs Sunday, March 22 at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on AMC. Come back to the site after it airs for our recap!
