What did you think about last night’s The Vampire Diaries episode? Watch the promo for next week’s flashback episode “The Five”!
The promo shows Elena and Damon going to visit the local college, and Elena finally gives in to her urges, partying and feeding off of jocks, much to Damon’s enjoyment of course.
Although the promo doesn’t show it, Bonnie will also be accompanying Damon and Elena to the college to see Professor Shane – the teacher who took over from her grandmother Sheila, and who will be able to help her with her magic.
The episode also features an Original flashback, where Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah will prove to have a surprising connection to Connor’s gang of vampire hunters.

We’re sure that something huge will be revealed this week, and as fun (or… traumatic) as it is seeing Elena deal with her new vampire reality, it will be great to dive back into the mythology! We will also focus more on Rebekah, and as we saw this week, there’s more to her than we previously thought. In the flashback, Rebekah’s character will be explored and we will see a surprising new side to her – which will be tied in to the guest appearance of Paul Telfer.
“The Five” airs Thursday at 8/7c on The CW.
