The movie adaptation of Alexandra Bracken’s Darkest Minds has cast yet another lead actor, this time in the role of fan-favorite Zu.
On the heels of such casting announcements as Amandla Stenberg as Ruby and Harris Dickinson as Liam, we’re now hearing that Miya Cech will be playing Zu.
According to Deadline, Cech will co-star in the Darkest Minds film from 20th Century Fox.
This will be Cech’s first feature role, having previously been in both American Housewife and American Horror Story: Roanoke.
In July, we found out Jennifer Yuh Nelson would be making her live-action directorial debut with the Darkest Minds adaptation.
