Taylor Lautner is teaming with Kevin James for a brand new football comedy coming down the pipeline at Netflix.

According to Variety, Twilight vet Taylor Lautner has joined the cast of Home Team— a brand new comedy currently in development at Netflix.

Directed by Chuck and Dan Kinnae and tarring Kevin James, Home Team centers on NFL coach Sean Payton (Kevin James), and is loosely inspired by the New Orlean’s Saint’s coach time spent coaching his son’s youth football team while on suspension from the NFL.

Also announced to have joined the cast of Home Team Today (Tuesday, May 18), is For All Man Kind alum,. Tait Blum.

Blum will take on the role of Coach Payton’s son, Connor. Currently, there’s no word on who Taylor Lautner specifically will play.

Others who’ve previously signed on to star in the comedy feature alongside James include Rob Schneider, Chris Titone, Jackie Sandler, Gary Valentine, Maxwell Simkins, Jacob Perez, Bryant Tardy, Manny Magnus, Liam Kyle, Christopher Farrar, Merek Mastrov, Isaiah Mustafa, Ashley D. Kelley, Lavell Crawford, Allen Covert, Anthony L. Fernandez, and Jared Sandler.

Home Team is currently in production, though Netflix has yet to announce a release date for the movie.
