Star Wars: The Force Awakens‘ upcoming Blu-ray version comes with new deleted scenes, including this enjoyable showdown between Chewbacca and Unkar Plutt.

J.J. Abrams’ The Force Awakens had a lot of celebrity cameos, from Daniel Craig in a Stormtrooper uniform to the voice of Ewan McGregor’s Obi-Wan Kenobi.

One of the stars who obtained a bigger role in the seventh Star Wars movie was Simon Pegg, who got fully suited up to play the scrap merchant Unkar Plutt who antagonizes Rey (Daisy Ridley) at the start of the pic.

After Rey and Finn (John Boyega) steal the Millennium Falcon and leave the planet Jakku, we don’t see more from Plutt, but apparently Pegg filmed a scene revealing his fate. Via EW, here it is:

In the scene, Unkar Plutt has tracked Rey down, and demands that she return the Millennium Falcon to him.

But at this point Rey has met up with the Falcon’s rigthful owners, Han Solo and Chewbacca, the latter of whom has no time for pesky Crolute junk dealers.

So Chewie, being the badass Wookiee he is, straight-up RIPS PLUTT’S ARM OFF, no big deal or anything.

Considering Star Wars’ habit of chopping people’s hands off, it would’ve been nice to see Chewie unleash his Wookiee strength and finally make good on Han Solo’s warning words to C-3PO in the very first Star Wars movie: “It’s not wise to upset a Wookiee … Droids don’t pull people’s arms out of their sockets when they lose. Wookiees are known to do that.”

C-3PO wisely decided to “let the Wookiee win,” and Unkar Plutt clearly should have heeded that sage advice.

The Star Wars: The Force Awakens 3D Collector’s Editions arrive on November 15, just in time for the Christmas shopping season.
