Exciting news for Easter weekend! Rupert Grint is expecting his first child with his longterm girlfriend, Georgia Groome.

EW is reporting that Hogwarts will be accepting a new student in 11 years. Rupert Grint, who we all know and love for portraying Ron Weasley in all eight Harry Potter movies, is officially going to be a father.

Georgia Groome recently debuted her baby bump on an outing with Grint, however, a rep for the couple told PEOPLE that they are asking for “privacy at this time.” Groome and Grint began dating in 2011, which is the year that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II was released in theaters.

Groome is also an actress, most famous for starring in 2008’s Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, which was an adaptation of Louise Rennison’s book, Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging. She has also appeared in several short films, movies, and TV series since then.

Rupert Grint can currently be seen in Apple TV+’s Servant series, which was recently renewed for a second season ahead of its premiere.

The series is a psychological horror produced by M.Night Shyamalan, and follows a couple six weeks after the death of their baby when they hire a nanny to care for their “reborn doll,” which the mother believes is her real child.

We wish all the best to the couple and the little bundle of magic they’re expecting!
