New year, new decade, and new pop culture obsessions to get hyped about. These are the movie, TV, and book release dates we’re looking forward to this winter 2019-2020.
We’re not going to lie: Our release date calendars are usually pretty jam-packed. After all, we’re living in a TV renaissance right now, and, well, film and literature aren’t doing so bad themselves.
But this winter marks a turning point. Not only are we stepping into a new year, but we’re also stepping into an entirely new decade. It’s going to be the Roaring ’20s 2.0, and this calendar is bridging the gap!
From long-awaited blockbusters such as The Rise of Skywalker to shows like Star Trek: Picard that we can’t wait to get into our eyeballs, it looks like we’re all going to be starting the new decade in the same way we’re finishing this one: with a lot of pop culture appointments.
