The re-crowned Golden Globe winner for Best Comedy Series, Modern Family, has quite a celebratory episode in the works for this week. It’s a wedding (with an expletive twist of course)!

Hypable mistakenly reported last week that Mitchell and Cam’s Lily would say the f-word in last week’s episode ‘Egg Drop’, but it turns out, Lily will drop the big expletive in this week’s ‘Little Bo Bleep.’ (The title makes much more sense this time around.)

This f-bomb announcement has led to a crazy outbreak of parents and groups on both sides of the issue. Check out this particularly vehement opinion piece from The Quad-City Times, which calls the network “shameless” for the inclusion of the expletive. Here’s the other side of the argument from Lez Get Real which reports on a petition to the network by the organization One Million Moms. What do you think of the controversy?

The synopsis is as follows:

The family helps Claire prepare for her upcoming televised debate with Duane Bailey for the town council seat, but will they do more harm than good? Lily is going to be a precious flower girl for the first time, but the problem is she’s just discovered her first expletive and Mitch and Cam don’t know how best to deal with this new parenting test. And Jay is very concerned with Stella’s recent strange behavior and puts the blame on Gloria.

We are most excited about seeing little Lily dressed to the nines. Check out the pictures courtesy of Wet Paint! And let us know: What are you most excited about for this episode … the return of Duane, the big expletive or the dressing up?
