After the birth of his younger half-brother, Manny pulls out all the stops to save a school production from collapse. But how does Manny save the production?

Manny has been in a slight shadow as of late in Modern Family. All the focus has been firmly on the birth, and after-birth, of his younger half-brother in the last few outings of Modern Family, as the new born baby, Fulgencio, has arrived in style. Manny has been slightly forgotten about, but tomorrow’s episode is all about Manny.

The official Modern Family synopsis for “A Slight at the Opera” is as follows;

“A Slight at the Opera” – Cameron is putting on the school production of “Phantom of the Opera,” but when their star falls ill, Manny pulls all the stops to land the lead — even if that means going against Luke. Meanwhile, Jay teaches Phil to golf and they wind up in a golf-off with Pepper and Mitch; Gloria takes Alex along on errands which include a visit to a psychic; and Claire’s adventures in babysitting Joe and Lily become a comedy of errors, on “Modern Family.”

Cameron as always probably isn’t the best man to put in charge of, well, anything, regardless of it being a school production. It appears as though there is going to be a bit of tension surrounding Luke and Manny, as they know that a school production is something to brag about in the school halls. It’s Manny vs. Luke, but it seems as though Manny comes out on top. We’ve got a huge gallery for you showing off the magnitude of Manny vs. Luke down below.

Elsewhere, we’ll see guest appearances from Nathan Lane, who returns to the series in a cameo role as Pepper Saltzman, who was one of Cameron’s ex-boyfriends. He’ll be shown the ropes by Jay, Phil and Mitch in how to play golf. It looks as though they’re going to tear that golf course to pieces in tomorrow’s episode!

As always, tune in to Modern Family this Wednesday at 9PM ET/PT over on ABC, we’re sure we’re in for a comedy treat as always.
