More casting news is coming in for Alexandra Bracken’s The Darkest Minds movie adaptation, and a big name has been added to the roster.
This movie just keeps getting better and better. Amandla Stenberg has been cast as Ruby. Harris Dickinson has been cast as Liam. Miya Cech will be playing Zu and Skylan Brooks will play Chubs.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mandy Moore will join the project as Cate.
In the book series, Cate is a doctor at Thurmond who at first presents herself as a kind and caring friend to Ruby, but who may also have ulterior motives.
Mandy Moore stole hearts decades ago, but has recently made us fall in love all over again by voicing Rapunzel in Tangled and portraying Rebecca Pearson on This Is Us.
