After months of casting announcements, The Darkest Minds film adaptation has finally added Chubs to the roster.

Back in September, we reported that Amandla Stenberg had been cast as Ruby. It took a while, but in January we learned Harris Dickinson was cast opposite as Liam, and in February we found out Miya Cech would be playing the adorable Zu.

Announcing it on his own Instagram page, Skylan Brooks broke the news that he will be playing Chubs in The Darkest Minds movie.

In July, we found out Jennifer Yuh Nelson would be making her live-action directorial debut with The Darkest Minds adaptation.
