Love, Victor fans rejoice! The hit Love, Simon spinoff series is officially coming back for season 2 at Hulu!

Season 1 of Hulu’s highly anticipated Love, Victor captured the hearts of viewers far and wide when it premiered earlier this year. It also left fans itching to know just what would happen next after leaving things on a huge cliffhanger!

Now, fans can rest easy knowing that more episodes of the hit series are indeed coming down the pipeline at Hulu.

The online streaming platform officially announced plans for a season 2 during the 2020 Hulu Press Tour, which took place on Friday (August 7) in Los Angeles.

In addition to announcing the season 2 renewal, Hulu also revealed that the series’ highly anticipated second season would be comprised of 10 episodes total.

Following the exciting announcement, the series took to its official Twitter account to share the good news with fans far and wide.

“Looks like there’s more to Victor’s great love story!” Tweeted the series. “#LoveVictor is coming back for season 3 only on @hulu!”

The series, which ranked as the #1 most watched drama on Hulu during its premiere week this past June, is set in the same universe as the hit 2018 film, Love, Simon, which, in turn, was inspired by author Becky Albertalli’s bestselling YA novel, Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda.

Season 1 introduced us to Victor, a brand new student at Creekwood High who’s on his own journey to self-discovery. In addition to grappling with his sexuality, Victor also finds himself dancing challenges at home, while simultaneously attempting to adapt to a new city, and a new school.

Plot details for Love, Victor season 2 are scarce, but Hulu promises fans that the second season will continue to build on “themes of sexual identity, acceptance, and navigating the odyssey we all know as high school.

Currently, there’s no word on when we can expect Love, Victor season 2 to premiere via Hulu.
