Update (6/18/19): Ed Sheeran has finally let us in on who will feature on his forthcoming collaborative album, No. 6 Collaborations Project, and it’s bound to make you even more excited to give the album a spin next month!

Ed Sheeran is taking a bit of a different route when it comes to his next album release.

As we learned just last month, the British pop star has been hard at work on a brand new album which will be comprised of 15 tracks featuring some of today’s hottest music starts.

Over the past few weeks, Sheeran has shared the collaborative tracks he cooked up in the studio with the likes of Justin Bieber and Chance The Rapper, but the question of who else might be featured on No. 6 Collaborations Project has remained more or less a mystery…that is until now.

The “Perfect” crooner took to Instagram on Tuesday (June 18) to share the official track list for the album, plus which artist will be featured on each song.

“Thanks to all the amazing artist I’ve worked with on this record for sharing your talent with me,” wrote Sheeran in the caption of his post. “No. 6 Collaborations Project comes out on July 12, hope you like it as much as I do.”

A quick look at the track list shows that Sheeran teamed up with newly minted chart toppers like Khalid, H.E.R., and Ella Mai, while also roping in some heavy hitting vets like Bruno Mars and Eminem.

Original Story (5/23/19): Ed Sheeran fans won’t have to wait long before they can get their hands on new tunes.

The “Perfect” singer just announced that he’s gearing up to launch a new album later on this summer.

Unlike Sheeran’s last few releases, the British pop star’s forthcoming album is comprised completely of collaborative tracks.

Sheeran took to Instagram on Thursday (May 23) afternoon to give fans more information with regards to his new album, titled No. 6 Collaborations Project.

“Before I was signed in 2011, I made an EP called No. 5 Collaborations Project. Since then I’ve always wanted to do another, so I started No. 6 on my laptop when I was on tour last year,” wrote the singer in the caption of the post. “I’m a huge fan of all the artists I’ve collaborated with and it’s been a lot of fun to make.”

Sheeran wrapped up the post by letting fans in on the fact that his forthcoming 15-track album will officially be available everywhere on July 12.

In addition, the pop star announced that fans who pre-order the album will also get an instant download of his new song with Chance The Rapper and PNB Rock.

The track, which drops worldwide at midnight, comes hot on the heels of Sheeran’s latest chart topping hit, “I Don’t Care” — a collaborative single featuring Justin Bieber which debuted earlier this month.

So who else has Ed Sheeran tapped for No. 6 Collaborations Project? For now, it seems as though Sheeran has been enjoying keeping everyone guessing, so looks like fans eager to know will just have to wait and see.
