Tom Holland was spotted on the set of Captain America: Civil War while shooting in Germany. The new Spider-Man was shown fighting one of the most popular Avengers in the final days of shooting in Germany. (spoilers)

Captain America: Civil War is finishing up its final days of shooting in Germany, and Heroic Hollywood reports that Spider-Man actor Tom Holland was seen fighting Chris Evans as Captain America.

While it’s not entirely surprising, considering Spider-Man ends up on Iron Man’s side during Civil War’s storyline, it’s exciting to hear that Spider-Man will have more than a cameo in Captain America: Civil War.

According to the unnamed source, Spider-Man and Captain America will have a pretty big “showdown,” which will result in one of the superheroes getting pretty badly injured. It’s possible Spider-Man will be the one who gets his ass handed to him, since we’ve heard that Iron Man will be giving Peter Parker a suit that he’s made.

This is interesting news, but what makes it so exciting is that it shows we’re really going to be seeing some of our favorite superheroes going after each other in Captain America: Civil War.

This won’t just be Thor grabbing Iron Man’s neck like in Age of Ultron in a fit of rage, it’s going to be some hellish beatdowns by Marvel’s biggest superheroes.

For once, it won’t be a villain causing the superheroes to band together, it’ll be the government causing the superheroes to splinter off and battle against each other. The fight between Spider-man and Captain America should be epic, and we imagine Cap will also have a fight with Iron Man as well.

There’s a lot of superheroes in Captain America: Civil War, and we look forward to seeing who teams up with who in the upcoming film directed by Joe and Anthony Russo.

Captain America: Civil War will hit U.S. theaters on May 6, 2016.
