Good news for United Kingdom Breaking Bad fans: The final eight episodes will each appear on Netflix immediately following their U.S. premiere on AMC.

Netflix and Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan made the announcement this morning. “Netflix has been instrumental in making Breaking Bad the success that it is,” he said. “I am delighted that fans will be able to enjoy the end of Breaking Bad on Netflix so soon after it airs in the US.”

Unfortunately it looks like only Netflix U.K. subscribers will be able to enjoy the episodes so quickly following their AMC airings. Those in the United States and around the world who can’t tune in for the live television airing will have to find other means of obtaining the episodes, including use of the OnDemand service from their cable provider.

Recently, Time Warner Cable Los Angeles pushed their airings of all shows back three hours to the same times that they air on the east coast. In other words, Time Warner Cable subscribers in the Los Angeles area can no longer watch the show live with friends on the east coast of the United States and elsewhere.

Netflix U.K. has had a similar deal in place for their show The Killing.

Breaking Bad‘s final eight episodes premiere Sunday, August 11.
