The Breaking Bad season 6 premiere (also known as season 5B) left us on a huge cliffhanger, and episode 2 appears poised to be another action-packed storyline.
In new Breaking Bad photos released by the network this week, we see no spoilers, but some scenes that may leave us on the edge of our seats.
In one, Skyler appears to be at a diner and having a talk with someone across the table. It’s not clear who it is.
In the second photo we see Hank in his office reflecting on his evidence and Walt’s revelation. It’s worth noting that Hank has decided to return to his desk, whereas in the season premiere he stayed at home to connect the dots:
In addition to the photos, a Breaking Bad season 6, episode 2 video preview was released. It doesn’t give away any spoilers but offers a few lines from various characters.
This past Sunday night viewers had to tune into Low Winter Sun to watch this preview. The opening shot depicts Walt walking out of Hank’s garage, seemingly satisfied with what he had to say to his brother-in-law DEA agent.
Breaking Bad season 6, episode 2 [season 5, episode 10] airs Sunday, August 18 at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on AMC. The episode is ominously titled “Buried.”
The show scored record-breaking ratings during its season premiere earlier this week. A whopping 5.9 million people tuned in, which is nearly double the show’s previous ratings record of 3 million viewers. Analysts credit Netflix and good word of mouth for the ratings surge.
