The best new TV shows, movies on Netflix: June 2018

We’ve got the low-down on the best new TV shows and movies coming to Netflix in June 2018. For starters, the wildly popular Sense8 returns for one final episode on June 8. This finale comes after the series was suddenly canceled last year (Read our spoiler-free review).

That same weekend, Netflix will release an original movie, Alex Strangelove, that tells the story of a guy dating a girl — until he starts having feelings for a guy (hooray for bisexual representation!).

If you’re a fan of Disney’s live-action movies, you’re in luck: Thor: Ragnarok premieres June 5, and Star Wars: The Last Jedi arrives June 26. Disney Animation more your thing? Look for 101 Dalmations and Tarzan arriving this month.

Several other Netflix’s original TV shows are also dropping new seasons in June: Luke Cage, GLOW, Queer Eye, and Nailed It! will all release new episodes.

And by the way: Part 1 of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt season 4 was just released on May 30. Yes, Netflix is splitting this season of Kimmy Schmidt in to two parts.
