A minute and a half long clip for tonight’s Arrow episode 1×10 “Burned” has come online along with producer Marc Guggenheim’s preview.

Extended clip:

In the midseason finale, Oliver Queen faced off with Malcom Meryln, the Dark Archer, and he was severely injured. He vowed that he’d be back soon and would protect the city, but it appears he has a bit of change of heart. This is surprising given his drive for the protection of the city. The confrontation has clearly had its effects on Oliver. It shouldn’t come as too much of a shock that it was Laurel that was able to get Oliver to put the hood back on.

Marc Guggenheim’s preview:

Guggenheim says we will see “the crisis of confidence that [Oliver] faces.” It’s clear this episode will be a big turning point for Oliver.

Here’s the episode’s synopsis:

OLIVER HANGS UP HIS HOOD — Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) confidence is shaken after being beaten by the Dark Archer and he takes a break from being Arrow. However, when Laurel (Katie Cassidy) calls Arrow for help investigating a firefighter’s suspicious death, he reluctantly agrees but his hesitance while fighting almost costs him his life. Meanwhile, Tommy (Colin Donnell) throws a benefit for the firefighters and Thea (Willa Holland) tries to lift Moira (Susanna Thompson) out of her depressive state. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Moira Kirland & Ben Sokolowski (#110).
