The Night Shift season 1, episode 6 airs tonight and the kiss between TC and Jordan is just the beginning of the drama.
Last week’s episode saw the arrival of Scott, Jordan’s boyfriend. Ragosa offered Scott the head trauma surgeon position and after seeing TC in person he couldn’t resist. The alpha male tension was high as Scott insisted things were going to change and TC was his typical self.
Landry had some family drama as her very sketchy dad showed up in the ER demanding money. She didn’t have it, but in order to save her mother she borrowed the money from Ragosa. Landry also broke things off with TC, recognizing that he and Jordan aren’t really resolved to be done. This leaves the door wide open for a Landry Ragosa hook up, which seems like the direction things are going.
In other San Antonio Memorial news Topher’s wife gave birth to twins and is no easy feat given the storm she was trapped in. Paul discovered the he has a talent for working with kids. TC encourages him to explore being a paediatric doctor but he is set on being a surgeon like everyone else in his family. Drew gets a message from Rick saying he is coming home.
This week’s preview focuses on the drama brewing between TC, Jordan and Scott all while Sam Smith’s “Stay with Me” plays in the background. It is kind of perfect as Jordan tries to figure out what/who she wants. There is also another story line involving Rick’s return and an accident he was in. All in all this week’s episode looks to be full of drama.
