Our regularly scheduled Teen Wolf spoiler of the week from Jeff Davis has been interrupted by a plea for help. He needs to know how we, the fans, want to see Stiles’ hair next season!
Usually Davis gives us mildly vague (okay, really vague) spoilers each week leading up to the start of season 3, like the bit about Tyler Posey’s new tattoo being written into the show and the declaration about werewolf eye colors. But this week is a bit different.
Davis asked Dylan O’Brien, the actor who plays Stiles, to keep his hair long for the next season. But O’Brien had a good question — why? What’s the reason behind Stiles growing his hair out?
Like any good showrunner, Davis has taken to Twitter to ask for our help. He needs a few good reasons as to why Stiles would want to keep his hair long. Make sure to tweet @JeffDavis75 with your reasons, and maybe next year we’ll see Stiles with something other than a buzz cut!
If you’d like a side-by-side comparison, check out the images below and decide for yourself which one you like better:
Be sure to vote in the poll below to tell us which hairdo you like better, and throw a comment down below to tell us why! We love that Davis is reaching out to fans to help him figure out which would be the best option for the character.
Thanks to Jeff Davis and the MTV Remote Control Blog for offering us the opportunity to weigh in on this important decision!
Need more ‘Teen Wolf’?
Well, you’re in luck! A new episode of Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast came out today, titled “Stealth Beanies and Dodgy Parkour.” It recaps episodes 1×03 “Pack Mentality” and 1×04 “Magic Bullet,” along with a recap of the news, listener feedback, and the winners of our first contest!
Be sure to also check out a recent Q&A Davis did on Twitter. He let slip a couple of cool details, like the fact that Lydia has an older sister and that Danny might be getting a new boyfriend soon!
Lastly, don’t miss out on the last few spoilers we’ve heard about, which include the title for episode 3×02 and a few snippets about some new characters.
