Already a Henry/Eliza shipper? Not so fast! Selfie has cast Allison Miller as Henry’s love interest.
ABC’s new sitcom Selfie premiered last week, and returns tomorrow night with its second episode.
The pilot definitely showed sparks between the newly acquainted Henry (John Cho) and Eliza (Karen Gillan), whose lives are entangled when Eliza needs the help of a marketing genius to “re-brand” herself to society.

But in true sitcom form, it’ll be a while until the pair finally admit their feelings for one another.
TV Line reports that Allison Miller, best known for her roles in the short-lived shows Terra Nova and Matthew Perry’s Go On, will be joining the series as recurring character Julia Howser.
Julia is very different from the self-obsessed sales rep Eliza. She is a successful pediatric urologist, loved and respected by both her patients and their parents.
She is described as “driven and professional,” with a “love of structure and discomfort with excessive frivolity.”
She sounds like a match made in heaven for the reclusive, social media-phobic Henry! But maybe it’s too perfect of a match… opposites do attract, after all.
Could she be Henry’s briefly mentioned ex-girlfriend whose blog Eliza stalked to learn more about her new friend? Or is she someone new?
Selfie season 1, episode 2, “Un-Tag My Heart,” airs tomorrow night at 8/7c on ABC!
