S.O.S.
The episode begins with Helena in the office, all she had on her were sugar packs and lollipops. She would. Felix visits Sarah at Art’s place, and Art is helping find them when Kira calls Felix. She says she’s not supposed to call, and she doesn’t know where she is but there’s a weird man there.
Cover Blown
Art was tracking the call, and it’s a motel in Bridge County but Felix thinks it’s a trap. He got new phones for the clones, this time with a green case, and gives one to Sarah.
At Ainsley’s funeral, Donnie gives Alison his jacket while he goes to take care of the kids, and he gets a text message from (presumably) Dr. Leekie, and she reads them. They’re all non-specific, though but it’s pretty clear now he’s her monitor.
In a meeting with Dr. Leekie, Cosima and Delphine tell him they never trusted Sarah, and he just wants to help Cosima. Delphine then convinces her she wants to make crazy science with her. They’re slowly convincing her to work for the DYAD.
Art and Sarah show up at the motel, and Art says there was no mention of a woman, so Mrs. S wasn’t with Kira and her kidnapper. They go to her room, and find a drawing made by Kira when Daniel (Rachel’s man) shows up. While Art checks out what’s going on, Sarah finds a piece of clothing left by Kira and then finds a trail of them that lead to a laundry room and a garage. The car in the garage has an open trunk, and Sarah is relieved to see Kira isn’t in it, but then the man who has Kira surprises her from behind and puts his hand over her mouth, telling her to get in.
Reunited
The man lets Sarah out of the trunk in the middle of some woods, and she asks where Kira is but he says someone will be along. Then Mrs. S. shows up out of nowhere with a rifle on her back. She says Kira is fine, and she knew that when Kira called Sarah would come looking. The man leaves them after handing Mrs. S. another clone phone. Sarah asks whose side she’s on, and she says Sarah’s.
Back at the DYAD, Leekie shows Cosima her new lab.
At the community theater, Felix shows up while Alison is rehearsing. She tells him she thinks Donnie is her monitor now, but Felix doesn’t agree and says vague texts don’t mean anything. He wants to prove Donnie is her monitor by setting a trap.
Mrs. S. explains to Sarah she left before anyone came and made the house look like an abduction. She takes her to the place they went when they came from the UK. The people there helped them disappear a long time ago, and now Mrs. S. thinks they’ll help again. And Kira reunites with Sarah!
At Art’s place, Angie wants to know what happened with Sarah but Art doesn’t give. Angie lets him know about the Jane Doe (Helena) at the hospital, and Art wants her to drop the whole thing but she goes to the hospital anyway. By the time she goes to visit, Helena has been taken by Mark, the Prolethean.
Trap!
Back with the Proletheans, Hank explains to Tomas that all of Helena’s organs were reversed, and that’s why when she got shot she survived. Tomas thinks that it’s the mark of corruption, but Hank thinks it’s God opening a new door.
At Alison’s, she’s on the phone with Felix in front of Donnie while Felix is painting one of his men naked. Alison says she needs to go out and meet with Sarah, and she goes to Ainsley’s grave. Donnie follows but instead of Sarah Manning, it’s Sarah Stubbs from the community theater. Alison then realizes she was followed, and confronts Donnie.
Sarah asks Mrs. S. what she was going to do, and Mrs. S. says she booked two flights to London for her and Kira. She says there are people in London with answers, but Sarah doesn’t want her to go. Sarah gave Mrs. S. the photo Amelia gave her, and tells her she warned her about Mrs. S. But Mrs. S. says she doesn’t know who the people in the photo are.
Project LEDA
At the DYAD, Cosima is planning out what she wants in her lab when Delphine and her get all sexy. Rachel visits, and introduces herself to Cosima. She gives Cosima her results from her last blood tests, and gives her the data (redacted to the pertinent). Cosima asks to study the original genome, but Rachel says it’s not possible. Rachel says the original DNA was robust, and the disease stems from the cloning procedure. Rachel then gives her Sarah Manning’s genome, because she wants to know why Sarah is different than them; why she can have a child.
At the hideout, Sarah brings Kira upstairs after dinner. She shows Kira the photo, and Kira says she’s seen it when Mrs. S. was snooping in Amelia’s stuff. But Kira doesn’t think Mrs. S is good, and Sarah says they should go. Barry comes back from a phone call, and the car they had for taking Kira and Mrs. S to the airport isn’t coming.
The people they were with then get guns out, and stop Mrs. S. from going out to see Sarah. Mrs. S. then attacks the woman and stabs her in both hands while Barry tries to get Sarah out of the car, and Mrs. S. shoots him. Mrs. S. then lets them leave in the truck.
Mrs. S. visits the woman she stabbed, and she wants to know why they turned against her. The Proletheans got to them, and Mrs. S. says that Sarah and Kira were Project LEDA, before killing the woman.
It’s a Brand New Day
Alison calls Felix, and lets him know that Donnie took the bait. She needs to get out of there, but Felix is leaving town. Alison is upset by this, but Felix says she should call Cosima.
At the farm, Henrik asks Tomas if Helena could concieve a baby too, but Tomas says that any child Helena bares will be a monster, and that’s when Mark kills him with a nail gun.
