We’ve been enjoying sharing photos with you as Universal makes progress on the project being built in Islands of Adventure’s neighboring park Universal Studios.
Universal formally announced the Harry Potter Wizarding World’s Diagon Alley expansion earlier this year and shared beautiful concept art. Particular rides have not been announced, but it is presumed that the big attraction will be a Gringotts Bank thrill ride.
A real Hogwarts Express train will connect Diagon Alley with the existing Hogsmeade Village. As you travel between the two lands, rumors say that certain scenarios will play out through the windows in each train car.
Diagon Alley is expected to open in summer 2014. Universal is expected to roll out additional park announcements in the coming months. Stay tuned!
