Although Grey’s Anatomy may be on a short hiatus, ABC has released the full synopsis for the next episode 9×17 “Transplant Wasteland” which you can read here!

When we last left Seattle Grace, the plane crash survivors were trying to find another investor to buy the hospital. While they were trying to woo a new investor, Cahill had brought back Pegasus for a deal to buy the hospital to piece it out. With very little time left, the plane crash victims plan fell through. Everything looked doomed until Catherine Avery stepped in to invest in the hospital and placed Jackson on the board to represent the Harper-Avery Foundation. Now the hospital must learn how to function under the new management.

“Transplant Wasteland” – The discord and chaos created by the hospital’s new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace. Meanwhile, the doctors and the interns must juggle several transplant surgeries at once, each coming with its own set of obstacles, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, MARCH 14 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
