Last night Fox aired the first live episode of The X Factor, and understandably it was a little rough around the edges due to four of the show’s talent going live for their first time.

Most notably, Britney Spears seemed to be very out of focus. One of the best moments was when she was speaking to a contestant and referred to singer Kesha, but didn’t know how to pronounce her name. She said “Keesha” instead of “Kesha”:

Spears, Demi Lovato, and hosts Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian all had to get through their first ever live X Factor show yesterday.

I really wanted to give Khloe Kardashian a chance to prove herself as a host but she’s terrible!! It’s so obvious she’s reading off a teleprompter and she sounds like a robot. I wish it was just Mario.

She has only done two live shows though. Give her a few more to get used to it. Mario is a pro so obviously he will be better. I did like that Khloe pushed the judges more than usual. Not so much fluff.

Andrew, for someone who has commonly mispronounced words on podcasts in the past I wouldn’t be calling out Britney for making this mistake. This isn’t news, and it seems kinda Perez-y.

Britney Spears doesn’t need to know how to pronounce Ke$ha’s name. She doesn’t have time for that! It’s Britney Bitch! lol

I do agree that this piece of news is too gossipy and feels out of place on this website but, all things considered, you still forgot to mention the most important point: Kesha collaborated with Britney on “Till The World Ends”.

Seriously? You guys are posting things lie this now. God, this site is losing its reputation!

I find this even more odd because Britney has collaborate with Ke$ha on songs like “Till The World Ends” haha
