It was just announced that Louis C.K. will host Saturday Night Live next week with musical guest Fun.

Louis C.K. will host with musical guest Fun. in two weeks on Saturday, November 3. You may remember that Louis C.K. was one of the people that we named in our top 10 people we’d like to host Saturday Night Live. This is the first host the show has announced since we published our list, and we hope to see some more of them in future weeks. We can’t wait to see Louis C.K. and we’re huge fans of Fun., too!

This episode will be the final episode of Saturday Night Live before the 2012 Presidential election. NBC chose to have only one more episode before the election, so it wisely chose the Saturday three days before election Tuesday. Next week’s episode will be a repeat, and it’ll more than likely be the season premiere with Seth MacFarlane hosting and Frank Ocean as musical guest. If you missed the episode, next week is your opportunity to catch it.

Earlier Seth Myers has said that he believes Sarah Palin and Nicholas Cage would be his dream Presidential candidate running mates.

Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte has expressed interest in being on Saturday Night Live after season-opener Seth MacFarlane parodied the swimmer on Weekend Update.

Are you exited to see Louis C.K. and Fun. on ‘SNL’?

I wish they weren’t doing a repeat. To that extent, why did NBC only do two episodes of Weekend Update Thursday, which were great?

This is so great, Louis C.K. is my favorite comedian and I can’t wait to see it. He has such a unique and personal style that I wonder if he will have any trouble performing other
people’s material. I was talking to a coworker at DISH about this, and he pointed out that it has been quite a while since an actual stand-up comedian hosted. I am excited to see what his monologue is like because that is usually a weak part of the show with the usual actor hosts. The week break is going to throw me though, so I just set my Hopper to record all of the new episodes. I love saving my favorite bits from SNL, and I think that half of my 2,000 hour hard drive is full of different SNL clips. I am sure that Louis’ episode will be one of those that makes the cut.

No one wants to read a blantant ad for sucky ass DISH when they think they’re reading a genuine comment. This commenter has been on a bunch of other websites spamming the same bullshit. He’ll blab about how great [insert topic here] is and then promote freaking DISH.

So just go f**k yourself, please.
