America’s Got Talent just finished airing, and the final three acts to be sent on to the finals were just announced. Tell us who you think will win next week’s finale!
Tuesday’s second of two America’s Got Talent semifinals was tough to call, as many of the acts were very good without standing out above the rest of the competition.
America’s Got Talent first revealed the top four acts as voted by America, but only three of these acts would advance to the final. Two of these acts would advance automatically, and the final spot was put to a judges vote. The top four acts were Lightwire Theater, David Garibaldi and his CMYK’s, Olate Dogs, and The Untouchables. The Untouchables and Olate Dogs were put through automatically by America and the judges sent through David Garibaldi and his CMYK’s and Lightwire Theater was eliminated.
Advancing: The Untouchables, Olate Dogs (p), and David Garibaldi and his CMYK’s (p)
Eliminated: Shanice and Maurice Hayes, All That!, Jacob Williams, Sebastien “El Charro de Oro,” All Wheel Sports, Clint Carvalho, The Magic of Puck (p), Tim Hockenberry, Lightwire Theater (eliminated by judges)
(p) = our picks to advance
With these advancing acts, next week’s final looks to be quite diverse. Advancing to the America’s Got Talent final is a musician, a comedian, a sand artist, a dance group, an animal act, and an art/dance act.
The acts performing in next week’s final are:
William Close (musician)
Tom Cotter (comedian)
Joe Castillo (sand artist)
The Untouchables (dance group)
Olate Dogs (animal act)
David Garibaldi and his CMYK’s (art/dance act)
Do you think America and the judges got it right? Which acts got sent home that you think should have advanced?
