We saw The Amazing Spider-Man behind-the-scenes video explaining the high-school fight, now we have a video showing the sewer fight.

This video goes behind-the-scenes of The Amazing Spider-Man fight sequence, which resulted in Spider-Man fighting the Lizard in his own playground: the sewer. Once again we get to see just how much CGI work goes into these incredible fight sequences that seem to just fly by during the film.

Box Office update: The Amazing Spider-Man continues to do well in theaters, although not exactly as well as Sony had hoped. According to BoxOfficeMojo, the reboot earned $20.7M Friday, which brings its total up to $95.7M (domestic). Quite a bit less than the previous Spider-Man films, which made at least $125.9M within the same time frame. Although, this doesn’t account for the fact that The Amazing Spider-Man was released on a Tuesday, whereas two of the three Spider-Man films starring Tobey Maguire were released on Fridays. They go on to predict that The Amazing Spider-Man will close the gap after its sixth day, resulting in a domestic earning of $135M to $140M.

Insane… The fight sequences were the few interesting parts of this film. Wish there was more of it.

THe amazing spiderman is a bunch of dog doodoo for its will to show kids that its okay to jump off buildings and try to stop car thieves, small knives or not.  I saw this movie only to actually witness how destructive this movie is to a child’s psyche.  Go Flash Gordon!!! Down with Spiderman!!!

I really don’t think this is the case. I mean, Spiderman has been around for a lonnng time. Have you ever seen someone jump off a building because they saw Spiderman? Kids think he’s cool, and a great hero, but they realize that they shouldn’t go trying to stop car thieves and swing through the streets on their non-existant webbing. They see that spiderman does this because he has the ability to do so and that they dont. Unless you know of kids who can shoot webbing out of their arms, I really don’t think The Amazing Spiderman is anything to worry about. Honestly, the only thing that this movie has done to my psyche is increase my love of movies, show me how amazing the film industry really is, and fulfilled my need of a good, imaginative movie.
