Today Fox has released the description for the final episode of season 3 of Glee, titled “Goodbye.” Make sure you check this out, as the finale will be at a special time.

It turns out the season finale will air at 9/8c on May 22 this year. This is the description sent by Fox:

In the Season Three finale, graduation is finally here, as McKinley High’s class of 2012 looks to the past and present, while contemplating the future in the all-new “Goodbye” season finale episode of GLEE airing at a special time Tuesday, May 22 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GLE-322) (TV-14 D, L)

Cast: Matthew Morrison as Will Schuester; Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester; Lea Michele as Rachel Berry; Cory Monteith as Finn Hudson; Jayma Mays as Emma Pillsbury; Dianna Agron as Quinn; Chris Colfer as Kurt; Kevin McHale as Artie; Amber Riley as Mercedes; Mark Salling as Puck; Jenna Ushkowitz as Tina; Naya Rivera as Santana Lopez; Heather Morris as Brittany; Harry Shum as Mike Chang and Darren Criss as Blaine Anderson.

It should also be noted that though Lindsay Lohan has been brought on as a guest judge at Nationals, she is credited above as being a part of the finale episode. We wonder how Miss Lohan will make her way back?

What are your thoughts about the season finale? We’ve already heard all of the music from the graduation album. We have a feeling it will be emotional for both the students and the fans!

    So are we getting episodes 20 and 21 next week?? Says so according to Wikipedia’s glee season 3.. I know you shouldn’t credit wiki but it should be looked upon..

    Hmmm…  The cast listing for this episode says that Shane is going to be on this episode.  Interesting, seeing as he hasn’t been on the show (or even mentioned, really) since the Valentine’s Day episode.  

    Is he a senior?  Or are we getting some more Mercedes/Sam/Shane drama?
