Following the DVD/Blu-ray release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1, all eyes will be on Breaking Dawn – Part 2. And what better way to start the countdown than seeing the very first clip?

By attending a Part 1 DVD/Blu-ray release party at Target, you can!

Target has announced that you’ll be able to see the very first clip released from the final Twilight film during their parties at select stores (see graphics below).

It’s a clever idea, in our opinion. Will you be attending?

Thanks to The Twilight Lexicon for the tip.

Brilliant marketing strategy. So long as it appears online a few days later NOT ON MTV then it’ll all be cool.

I was never too fond of midnight releases for a dvd. It’s different for a book, because it’s a part of the series where we don’t know what’s going to happen next. We can also celebrate what the series of books means to us with other fans wherever for a movie we know what’s going to happen next, and seeing a clip of part 2 at a release isn’t all that big of a deal.

Of course i wanna see it, but I won’t be going to this release party, I’ll going to one at Walmart. The Target edition isn’t that great, all you will be getting besides the alredy included speical features is that flower. I’m loooking forward to the Wedding Dress Edition at Walmart which is only 22.96.
